  • Travis Henderson
    Business Development Manager (NSW)

    Travis’s core skills are in asset-backed lending. His 15 years of experience working with leading commercial lenders in Canada and Australia puts him in a strong position to provide customised solutions to our brokers and their clients in small and medium-sized enterprises. Travis has worked with clients from industries as diverse as construction, forestry, transportation and mining, with specialisation in heavy equipment finance. He is adept at territory management, credit analysis and problem-solving. As a Business Development Manager at Macquarie Group, he grew his broker portfolio to become the top volume producer within the aggregator division. Travis is from Canada’s British Columbia, where he started his career as a commercial pilot.

  • Christie Bischoff
    Business Development Manager (Qld)

    Christie loves working with people and spent the past 20 years at Virgin Australia, mostly in customer service roles. Most recently, she was Inflight Projects and Engagement Manager, with responsibility for driving service performance among crew members and carrying out strategic initiatives at an operational level. Her experience in project and people management makes her highly effective in leading and training teams and resolving conflicts. For Christie, providing excellent customer service is a passion, and she loves to build lasting relationships with Prime’s broker partners and their clients. Christie is a Bachelor of Business graduate and likes to stay fit by attending spin and Pilates classes. On weekends, she enjoys watching documentaries and the National Rugby League.

  • Vince Bolger
    Business Development Manager (Vic)

    Vince is a results-driven professional who enjoys helping brokers to meet their clients’ needs. Having previously worked with leading financial institutions such as Westpac, Bank of Melbourne and Bank of Queensland, Vince has a deep understanding of the lending industry. He uses this knowledge to provide optimal solutions to business borrowers. Vince has developed a strong rapport with diverse brokers and aggregators after working with them for more than seven years. Brokers appreciate his friendly nature and willingness to share his knowledge. When the weather is good, Vince likes nothing more than to stretch his legs on a golf course. He also finds gardening relaxing and therapeutic.

    Business Development Manager (Vic)

    John has been in the finance industry for 12 years and brings a wealth of experience to Prime.

    John has worked for leading financial institutions across the credit curve, including several roles at NAB, Allied Group and Archer Wealth.

  • Steve Davis
    Business Development Manager (WA & SA)

    Based in Perth, Davis joined Prime Capital from Pepper Money, where he was a Senior Business Development Manager leading the Western Australia sales team. Before that, he was a Business Development Manager for NSW at St. George Bank, delivering one of its highest annual sales growths in third-party lending across Australia.

    Steve’s constant work to improve his service to brokers has won him accolades, including the Better Business Awards Best Non-Bank Business Development Manager award in three consecutive years – 2020, 2021 and 2022.
