Chief Operating Officer
Danny has been leading Prime Capital’s sales team since 2015 and is in charge of executing the company’s strategies. He works closely with the credit unit to tailor solutions for clients and oversees Prime’s intermediary relationships, building robust ties with broker partners across Australia. Originally from the UK, Danny worked for more than 20 years in Europe and other countries including Russia, where he established an extensive career in banking and financial services. At Prime, he enjoys training and growing the sales team and is dedicated to ensuring seamless loan application and settlement. Danny holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is completing his MBA. Outside work, he is a triathlon enthusiast and likes to keep up with world economic affairs.

Business Development Manager (NSW)
As a commercial finance specialist, Neil has helped countless small and medium-sized enterprises grow from startups to thriving businesses. With nearly two decades of experience in senior lending roles at Australian banks, he assists Prime’s broker partners and their clients by designing bespoke financing solutions. An energetic people person, Neil is adept at managing sales and lending teams, and relationships with clients. He holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is currently finishing his Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. An avid reader, Neil dabbles in painting and keeps fit by cycling, swimming and playing basketball in his spare time.

Business Development Manager
Lydia focuses on providing financing solutions to Prime’s growing network of Asian brokers and their commercial clients. Recognised for her ability to develop robust business relationships, she has worked with diverse clients – from high-net-worth individuals to small and medium-sized enterprises and corporate organisations. At Prime, she has built a portfolio of more than 300 top-performing broker teams. Lydia brings a strong work ethic to managing relationships with clients and uses her 10 years of banking experience to provide the best outcomes for them. She is a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Commerce graduate who loves to read and travel. Lydia is fluent in Mandarin and speaks basic Cantonese.

Business Development Manager (Construction)
After working at some of Australia’s leading banks, including Commonwealth Bank and ING, Patrick now looks after Prime’s construction finance program. He brings to this role many years of experience managing a corporate portfolio of property developers and investors, structuring complex deals, and supporting the execution of real estate strategies. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Southern Cross University, Patrick is adept at managing transactions in corporate property finance – from origination to completion – focusing on residential and commercial construction facilities. He excels in research and has strong analytical skills. Outside work, Patrick likes to plays golf and enjoys horse racing.

Business Development Manager (NSW)
Travis’s core skills are in asset-backed lending. His 15 years of experience working with leading commercial lenders in Canada and Australia puts him in a strong position to provide customised solutions to our brokers and their clients in small and medium-sized enterprises. Travis has worked with clients from industries as diverse as construction, forestry, transportation and mining, with specialisation in heavy equipment finance. He is adept at territory management, credit analysis and problem-solving. As a Business Development Manager at Macquarie Group, he grew his broker portfolio to become the top volume producer within the aggregator division. Travis is from Canada’s British Columbia, where he started his career as a commercial pilot.

Business Development Manager
Christie loves working with people and spent the past 20 years at Virgin Australia, mostly in customer service roles. Most recently, she was Inflight Projects and Engagement Manager, with responsibility for driving service performance among crew members and carrying out strategic initiatives at an operational level. Her experience in project and people management makes her highly effective in leading and training teams and resolving conflicts. For Christie, providing excellent customer service is a passion, and she loves to build lasting relationships with Prime’s broker partners and their clients. Christie is a Bachelor of Business graduate and likes to stay fit by attending spin and Pilates classes. On weekends, she enjoys watching documentaries and the National Rugby League.

Chris is a seasoned finance professional with a firm understanding of all accounting functions and processes. More than just a number cruncher, Chris has held leadership roles in accounting and audit in industries as diverse as higher education, recruitment and financial services. For the past 20 years, he has set financial strategies, provided expert advice, and overseen risk management, compliance and all aspects of financial reporting. Chris is highly analytical and organised, with strong attention to financial details. At Prime, he helps provide insights for the company’s future direction besides executing operational strategies for the finance team. A certified practising accountant, Chris considers himself a foodie and likes to work out and travel.

Credit & Risk Manager
May is a high-performing banking and finance industry leader. She has held management positions at major banks and other financial services companies, and now heads Prime Capital’s credit and risk management teams. May’s experience spans credit risk, and portfolio and product management across institutional and mid-market segments. Highly focused on risk mitigation, she is skilled in complex problem solving, change management, and process innovation. She excels in business and financial analyses, complex loan documentation and deal structuring – and is knowledgeable of credit and operational risk management concepts. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate, May is a keen traveller and barre enthusiast.
